DevBuggs provides web development, graphic design, and digital marketing (including Meta/Facebook ads management) services. Specific project details, deliverables, and pricing are agreed upon separately with each client before work begins.
2. Use of Our Website
You agree to use our Site only for lawful purposes. You may not use our Site in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it, or interfere with anyone else’s use of it.
3. Payments
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- Projects require partial payment after an initial portion of work is completed, with the remaining balance due upon client satisfaction and project completion.
- All prices are agreed upon before project commencement and communicated clearly to the client.
4. Project Delivery & Support
- Typical website delivery timelines are communicated at project start and may vary based on project scope.
- We include a period of free post-launch support and minor changes as agreed at the start of the project.
- Ongoing maintenance beyond the free support period is available at an additional cost.
5. Ownership
Upon full payment, clients receive full ownership of their completed website, along with a walkthrough of how to manage it.
6. Intellectual Property
Until full payment is received, all designs, code, and deliverables remain the property of DevBuggs. Any content, images, or materials provided by the client remain the property of the client, and the client is responsible for ensuring they have the right to use such materials.
7. Limitation of Liability
DevBuggs will make reasonable efforts to deliver quality work but is not liable for indirect losses, third-party service outages (e.g., hosting providers, Meta/Google platforms), or issues arising from client-provided content or third-party plugins/tools.
8. Advertising Services
For digital marketing/Meta Ads services, DevBuggs manages and optimizes ad campaigns based on client-provided budgets. We do not guarantee specific results (e.g., exact number of leads or sales), as advertising outcomes depend on multiple factors including market conditions and platform policies.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate an ongoing project agreement with written notice. Any work completed up to that point will be billed accordingly.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our Site or services after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
